I have often wished for something like this feature--I don't care too much
about the GUI display, but it would be useful to have the settings for PDF
figure size stick, at least within a document (not necessarily from session
to session). I don't think there is a way to do this currently, so I have
to enter the same "Scale graphics %" number for multiple figures. I'd be
happy either with LyX remembering the previous Scale graphics value or
being able to set it document-wide once and for all for all the figures.
