I don't think this is possible, due to the way what you see on the screen is handled in the back.
I tried to use Dragon Dictate (when they still supported Mac) and it did not work at all, because of this. I had to resort to dictating Markdown, btw, and then pandoc'ed it into LaTeX from where I imported into LyX.
