It is actually functionable both for classic ("TeX fonts") and modern
engines ("Non-TeX fonts") for all choices _except_ for custom.
If a language that provides options for a given language package is
selected as a main or secondary language of the document, it is listed,
and if default options are defined by LyX, those are listed (and can be
edited) as well.
