Codex produces latex which I can import to lyx. Unfortunately that doesn't work perfectly, probably due to issues in latex2lyx. The last time I tried it I decided it wasn't worth the effort to fix after import and just worked with the latex. I suppose I should sit down and try to debug it. > >
