The command using fancyhdr is;

\lfoot(my first line \\ my second line)

This to get two lines

Issue II.

I want my footers to have 2 lines.

eg.

__________________________________________________
Title                                       Page #
Name                                    Draft Date

My guess is that its something like:

\lfoot2{my name}
\rfoot2{draft \thedate}
