Insert circled R

Hi,

I try to insert symbol r in circle. I do it by copying the same symbol from 
documentation file. But when I try to view PS I see an error

Package inputenc Error: Keyboard character used is undefined
(inputenc) in inputencoding.

I use russian language and koi8-r input encoding. Need I correct inputenc 
file? Can I insert this symbol by some LaTex command like \circleR?
