you define _two_ equations side by side, therefore you always
have an numbered equation, too.

\newcommand{\myBox}[1]{\hspace{1cm}\hfill%
  \fbox{%
     \parbox{5cm}{#1}%
  }%
  \hfill%
  \parbox{2.5cm}{%
%    \begin{eqnarray}\end{eqnarray}% <- an equation!!!
  }
}

comment the thirdlast line out.
