Hallo, 

I found the solution myself, but have also a new question. It's in the
menu Edit/Preferences Tab:Input, there you can put in the name for the
pipe. After this the file ~/.lyx/preferences contains the same entry as
my ~/.lyxrc (see below) and after a restart of lyx a file ~/.lyxpipe.in
is created with attributes prw-------.

Does Lyx-1.1.6fix2 not read ~/.lyxrc ?
Can I add the other options in my ~/.lyxrc, like in section TEX:
\allow_accents true just into ~/.lyx/preferences or are they
unnecessary?
