Well, yes and no, that is. The kluwer layout is a bit odd, IMHO. It
doesn't use the standard titlepage stuff (\maketitle etc.), they have
the possibility to write many articles in one tex file and hence wrap
the whole article in an \begin{article}....\end{article} etc. So you
have to be a bit carefull and use quite some ERT.
I short, I hacked something together that can be (sort of) used to write
a kluwer article in LyX (in my case with Solar Physics in mind). You
may check it out, I'll attach two files, a layout that you have to copy
either to $HOME/.lyx/layouts or <LyXDir>/layouts, and a template file.
In addition, of course you have to have kluwer.sty installed on your
system. Ah, and run the reconfigure from LyX and restart LyX before you
use it the first time.
I still didn't write a real article with it, so it's in a very
experimental stage - feedback welcome.
