Lyx source package incomplete?

Is it intentionally that the file lyx-1.1.6fix2/sigc++/slot.h
in the tar file lyx-1.1.6fix2 from ftp://hst33127.phys.uu.nl/pub/LyX
is empty?
The make procedure stops exactly at compilation of slot.cc with
an error.
