Hello Renaud,
This is indeed an Font-Problem. To see all you Math-Symbols again, you
have to go to preferences, select Look & Fell and there teh tab Screen
Fonts.
You will se a toggle-button "use scalable fonts"
After toggling this button all symbols schould be back on screen.
Don't forget to save your preferences.
