paragraph settings

I want to change distance between paragraphs for a whole document. But only between
standar paragraphs, neither between titles (in section, subsection, ...) and paragraph
neither the table of contents.

I've tried:
\setlength{\parskip}{2mm}

But this modify everything.


How can i change this parameters? 
Is there any package (like setspace for line space) that allow doing it in a easy way?
