bibtex example

This is a bit off topic, but it I am trying to get some bibliographic stuff into a LyX document.   Does anyone have a bibtex example with a conference proceedings? In particular I am trying to save the proceedings using @proceedings, and then refer to it with @inproceedings.   Kent Kostuk [EMAIL PROTECTED]
