Problems with Hyperref

Hi everybody,

I want to use Hyperref to make my document table of contents entries to serve
also as hyperlinks to chapters, sections, subsections, etc.

I have a master document, with sub-document (which I include using "Include").
It does not work : my sub-documents are not hyperlinked.

Any idea ?
