index problem

Hello,

I tried to create an index and I find a little problem with
lyx-1.1.6fix3. 
At the end of the document, I add "insert index" and then, do an
export to postscript. Latex prints some errors due to latex
(no \printindex command defined).
It appears that a \usepackage{makeidx} is missing in the preamble.
If I add this \usepackage{makeidx}, it works fine.
I think you should add this \usepackage when we do an "insert index".
