This seems to be a problem upgrading to 1.1.6fix3 from 1.1.5?
As noted before apacite doesn't work properly with babel, I've set it up
so that I'm not using \usepackage{babel}, fine, citations work properly.
But sometimes I still get stung with captions. For example, on export
\caption{Kinematic measures from Johnson and Berthier (in
prep).\foreignlanguage{english}{For
p's, size refers to object size, and condition refers to visual
condition,
no significant interactions were present.}}
doesn't work:
Underfull \vbox (badness 1783) has occurred while \output is active [21]
! Undefined control sequence.
\foreign@language ...e \relax \languageshorthands

? q
but editing out the "\foreignlanguage" solves the problem:
