You can try to preview with ghostview and from there to select all the pages
you want to print and send them to you printer from gv itself, to do so gv
will ask for the command it should use to print this is generally lpr and you
must use the -PNameOfPrinter option (note that there are no spaces between
the name of the printer and the -P, for me this gives lpr -PHP660c).
