I am having problems with lyx 1.1.6 fix3 and and eps file.
I open a new document, type in "Table 1a" and then select Insert ->Figure and
then I have tried with both eps and inlined eps for an eps file I generated.
It displays just fine IN lyx but if I try to view a preview page with dvi,
pdf, or ps, all I see is the text I typed: Table 1a. No inserted table eps
file.
Furthermore, with previewing a ps file in gv, it invariably indicates that
there are 3 pages, the first page simply displays "Table 1a" which I entered
but there is nothing on any of the 3 pages - and I get an error window for
ghostview with a totally gibberish error, with all the text rapidly rendering
on top of itself.
Nothing like this happens with dvi or pdf, just the blank page with the text
I entered.
I upgraded to fix3 from fix1 when I ran into this but it remains the same.
Why would it display fine IN lyx but trying to render it for printing or
display totally wrecks it?
