Dear All, Does anyone have a "generic" fax template that can be used easily with LyX ? I've been searching this for a while, but all I found were some very "dedicated" LaTeX classes, mostly for universities. What I would like to obtain is something like this: http://www.mysunrise.ch/users/joerg.hau/test/faxtemplate.pdf ... any ideas?
