Well,
now my hyperref-problem is a bit clearer:

\usepackage{endnotes}
\usepackage[dvipdfm, ...]{hyperref}
%btw: the same thing with dvips + ps2pdf
\footnote{Hey, that�s not funny at all: \url{URL}}
% btw: the same thing with \href{URL}{TEXT}
%--------------------------------------------------------------------
Url-Hyperlinks do function with normal footnotes, but not with
footnotes=endnotes with package endnotes.
Also normal footnote-numbers are hyperlinks to the footnote only
without package endnotes.
So, any suggestions?
