And in the interest of full disclosure to those that wouldst travel in Kathryn's path, 
the way to do this (as noted in Robin Turner's posting of a few days ago)
Assuming that you have a recent GS as she notes above and that you have the Utopia 
fonts available:

Add this to your Layout -> Document -> LaTex Preamble

\renewcommand{\familydefault}{put}

I also googled that this has been presented as:

\renewcommand\familydefault{\put}

but this didn't work.
