I was just wondering what is the most consistent way to generate a PDF document that is 100% readable by someone using Windows and Adobe Acrobat? I find that it is hit and miss when I generate a PDF from within LyX. For instance I exported a document last night and find that I can only view it using Ghostview on my windows machine here at work. When I try to open the document in Acrobat I get the error "file does not start with %PDF-"
