two column standard-style

I would like to do the following

        Title

Section 1
xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx

Section 2
xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx

Like in each section is seperated and two columns. 
Something like a "Standard (two column)"-style is what I seek.

any easy way of doing this? I have found the two-columns checkbox under
documents, but it works for making everything into two colums.
