After my last faux pas (suggesting the use of ImageMagick to translate
from ps to eps, rather than ps2eps), I'll ask for suggestions from you more
experienced folks.

In the article I've migrated from WordPerfect (linux) to LyX, I have three
images (in color) as .jpg files. I know I have to read the tutorial and
users guide on using floats to place the images, and specify their size and
location. But, what suggestions can you make for translating the figures
from JPEG to eps format?

Also, if there are potential "gotcha's" for the novice LyX user of floats,
I'd greatly appreciate knowing of these in advance. :-)

Many thanks,

Rich
