But preferences aside, whether replies should go to the list or the sender is a debate that every one of us has gone through on how-many-other-mailing-lists. If you don't like the default configuration of the LyX-list, use your reply-to-all key when replying. Whatever your preference, your mailer can accomodate sending replies to as many or as few people as you want.
