This is exactly what it says:

LaTeX Error: Unknown graphics extension: .eps.
  ...ring \includegraphics{pictures/delphi.eps}
                                        \par}
         Try typing <return> to proceed.
 If that doesn't work, type X <return> to quit.

--What is wrong?

Do you know where in the documentation I can read how to change fonts i.e.
on the headlines?

And:

1. Is it possible to make the headline:

     HEADLINE
    ----------      <- with a line in between?
      BLABLA

2. To have the text next to, above and below an image except for margin
notes, is that possible?

3. Chapters, abstracts and so on are all labelled on English. Say I'm
doing a project in another language, would this be possible to change as
well?

Hope I didn't bloat you with too many newbie questions, Herbert.
Btw, I have family living in Voss. Though that's in Norway. :-)

Peace.
