Thanks to both Wolf and Ronald for their suggestions. I found the
"labels" package and tried it. I could not locate "card.tex" anywhere
on CTAN, but I did find a LaTeX "bizcard" package. I got both working
in LyX by importing the TeX examples, with some hand editing of the LyX
code. (Both required removing the line "\backslash textsf{" and the
matching "}" from the .lyx file. LyX wrapped the TeX code with this,
and LaTeX didn't like it.)
