Hello, I use the hyperref package as suggested by Herbert and found that it conflicts with algorithmic floats, when running it through latex.
The caption of algorithmic floats is brocken, when hyperref is in the preamble. I attached an example. In the correct version (without hyperref) there is a line above and below the caption.
