Hello,
I am writing my thesis in lyx and want to put chapter title and the
section title on alternate pages with single sided layout in lyx. Please
can you suggest a way of doing it. Currently I am using
\fancyhead[LO]{\leftmark}
\fancyhead[RE]{\rightmark}
\fancyhead[CE,CO,LE,RO]{}
in the latex preamble, but I am getting only chapter title on all the
pages.
