This makes no difference - when used as a template - I still get
exactly the same messages as before. It appears that Lyx insists on
stopping the graphic file from having an absolute name - if I try to
change the pathname by clicking on the graphic and editing the Figure
"EPS file" box to an absolute pathname, then click on OK, and then
click on the graphic again to edit the EPS pathname, it has reverted
back to a relative pathname!
I suspect this is the problem at the core of my dilemma!
I am using lyx 1.1.6fix3 - would this behaviour have changed in fix4 ?
