The problem was the listerrors.  I installed LyX (from the lyx-1.1.6fix4-1 rpm)
before I installed NoWeb and it seems the listerrors installed was empty.  I
compiled listerrors from the listerrors.lyx example file and put it in
/usr/share/bin and the problem was fixed.
