Change comas with dots in equations

        Hello All again:

I try to write mi thesis with many equations and in spanish, but the
problems is that when I include a number in equation during compilation
the dot change for coma, and in spanish we use dot. Example

        I write in lyx 13.6 eV in math mode, but when dvi is generated appear
with 13,6 eV. My question is how change this.
