I have similar problem after upgrading one PC to lyx 1.2.0a (cywin) and installing it from scratch on another PC. All the different layout options I had with 1.1.6fix4 are not available. Only: Article,Book,Letter,LinuxDoc, and Report. All layouts are available in C:\cygwin\usr\local\share\lyx\layouts but no layouts are available in C:\cygwin\home\jorgen\.lyx\layouts ( my home directory is 'jorgen'). I tried to copy all the layouts to the layout directory in my home directory but it did not help. Were can I find information on how to get back the layouts? Is this a bug installation procedure in the new 1.2.0a version for windows? appreciate any help jorgen
