Hi all,
I wanted to create a math macro for the 'real' symbol IR.
After "math-macro R" in the minbuffer, I typed \mathbb{R}. However,
before I can get to the left parenthesis or curly bracket, mathbb
disappears!!!!
Using Lyx 1.2 in Win XP, I wonder if it is perculiar only to the windows
port. Anyway, upon further investigation I realize that the equivalent
font is 'M-c c' command followed by R. No doubt, it's the same thing but
I am use to \mathbb, mathfrak.
Also note that \mathfrak{} also disappears too.
