Hi,

I'm busy writing my PhD thesis (who isn't?). Naturally, the final
version will not be printed on a standard size paper (custom size 163 mm
X 239 mm). Now, of course, I'll be happy to print the draft on A4, but I
prefer the formatting to be on a the final paper size. A lot of empty
white space, for sure.

So far so good. I can view the draft on screen in either dvi or pdf (I
use postscript pictures so I can't use pdflatex). The problem is that my
custom formatting does not work all the way to the pdf-file. It is still
A4, and look quit silly. The paper size format information seem to be
scattered all over the data base: preamble, LyX Layout->document, LyX
preferences, hyperref.cfg, and what not. It is a mess.

Where is the proper place for such information?
