In the TOC I need:

How can I get the word "Page" in TOC, above the page numbers?

In the LOT I need:
Table Page
Item1.............................1
Item2 ............................2
similary in LOF I need

In the LOT I need:
Figure Page
Item1.............................1
Item2 ............................2
How can this be done? I checked out the tocloft package, but honestly I am
not sure if tocloft even does these things.
