Works like a charm for me. It even handles minipages!!! After converting my files everything compiled error-free. No need to build anything, it's a Python script. To download it you can go to http://www.lyx.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/lyx-devel/lib/lyx2lyx/ and get the five files in the directory. I don't know how to do this with the CVS utilities, if anyone else knows that would be great... The command is: lyx2lyx -o output_file input_file
