Hi,
When I try and use an image in a header, I find that
changes I then make to my document do not show up when
I view in any format - ps, dvi etc. All the messages
on my terminal are fine, the date stamp on the tempory
.ps file updates, everything seems ok but the changes
don't appear. The only way they do appear is if I shut
down lyx and restart it after a change.
The culprit appears to be the 2nd line
\usepackage{graphics}
\lhead{\resizebox{3in}{!}{\includegraphics{logo}}}
in the preamble. Once I have attempted to update with
it in, even removing it later does not fix the problem
until I restart lyx.
I'm using lyx 1.1.6fix1 on mandrake 8.
Any suggestions to stop me losing my sanity would be
greatly appreciated!
