It works fine. \hoffset=0.5in \voffset=-0.63in \oddsidemargin=0pt \headheight=12pt \topmargin =0pt \headsep = 0.3in \textheight = 9.2in \textwidth = 6.1in \marginparsep = 0pt \marginparwidth = 0pt \footskip = 0.62in \marginparpush = 0pt \paperwidth= 8.5in \paperheight= 11in \headwidth = 6.1in
