Chapter Label

Now I have another question...
it is funny that when everyone is trying to remove the label "Chapter" from 
their chapters in the documents, I need it. 
I couldn't get it appear, any idea?
What I need is like this:
          CHAPTER 1
CHAPTER TITLE DUM DITTI DUM
