Im not using 1.2.1 but in 1.1.6fix4 i have the following printer settings: cmd: dvips page range: -pp copies: -c reverse: -r to printer: -P file extension: .ps spool command: lp papertype: -t even pages: -B odd pages: -A collated: -C landscape: -t landscape to file: -o spool printer prefix: -d paper size: -T
