Hello,
I saw in the math document by Mr. Voss that it is possible to convert
from plain text to math by marking the text (containing the apropriate
latex commands) and pressing ctrl-m. This was very usefull for me when
using the split environment. Some times I would like to remove or add
lines to the split environment. I am now copying from a larger document
the formula I need in latex to a smaller document and select LATEX from
the VIEW menu. Then I add or remove the lines from the split environment
and copy and paste the latex into LyX and convert it with CTRL-m.

Is there a quicker way to add remove lines from the split evironment
inside the math environment?
Is it possible to covert (inline) from math to text with some command?

jorgen
