Hi!
I'm trying to put a floating table in a minipage so I can have a footnote to
it just below the table instead of at the bottom of the page. But, when I
try to view the file with View->DVI I get three errors:
missing number, treated as zero.
\begin{table}[p]
undefined control sequence
\begin{table}[p]
LaTeX error:not in outer par mode
\begin{table}[p]
What am I doing wrong? Can it be done? Is there an easy way to have a
footnote to a table just below the table.
Yes, I'm using LyX 1.1.6fix4. I'm finishing my dissertation and everything
has worked out great so far, so I don't want to upgrade just now.
