When I start up the examples: "Foils.lyx", "Literate.lyx", "aa.lyx",
on start up I get the Alert:

"The document uses an unknown textclass "foils" ["literate-article", "aa"]
Lyx will not be able to produce output correctly."

Is something missing from my setup? The only "foil*" file I have found is
"/usr/share/lyx/layouts/foils.layout."

Or is this just, more or less, noise and the default will work fine?...Well,
the foils.lyx file gives 4 ERRORS when I try to send it to DVI. And the "aa"
file give 41 ERRORS. Suggestions? Errors like:

"Layout 'Foilhead' does not exist in textclass 'cv'
Trying to use default layout instead.

show up on std error output. When I change the 'aa' textclass from 'cv' to
'article' I can get down to 6 errors, but these are the examples - they
shouldn't have errors until after I mess with them. ;)
