Looks like you don't have kghostview or reLyX in your path. Best thing is to delete ~/.lyx/lyxrc and let it configure itself with the defaults, then twek any settings you want.

It does not seem to interfere much with my lyxing, however if somebody knows what it means and how to get rid of the message I would appreciate the advice
