I used to use lyx 1.6 and was able to include EPS files that would
render as full spline fonts in the output file. With 1.2.1, I find that
the file is outputting the eps file as a rasterized image of the font,
and it looks poor.
I assume this was done as part of this:
- New graphics inset with support for hassle-free inclusion of various
image formats (GIF, JPEG, PNG and EPS by default) and a new
rendering scheme that should fix the bugs we had with the older
ghostscript method.
Is there some way to include EPS file and retain the original font
characteristics? I am insterting the EPS file using Insert/Graphics.
