header title problem

Hallo List,
I have a problem with definfing a header and the title:

Defining Header works fine withthe folowing Preamble:
\usepackage{fancyhdr}
\thispagestyle{fancy}
\lhead{Institution: _____ \\Seminar: ---- \\Dozentin: .....\\Referent: Holger Zebner}
\chead{}
\rhead{WS 02/03, 21.11.2002 }

But when I put my title text in the title environment (select > title) the above
defined header disappears.
I tried out "titlehead", but this shows only a left justified and on-lined
header. I need 4 lines and one part to be left justified and one part to be
right justified. An all should come before the title.
