i just recently switched to 1.2.1 from 1.0.9(i think) and noticed that
the new version doesn't seem to recognize eps figures as viable graphics
files. the "browse" options for insert->graphics gives only gif|jpg|gif|jpg|gz
as options and all of my figures(eps) display the message "error converting
to loadable format." i remember this working last night on my laptop
(which also has 1.2.1). the dvi looks fine, but i would like to be able
to see the figures in the lyx document. any idea how to fix this?
