line thickness of \hrule

Hi,

I want to adjust the thickness of the line when you use the \hrule in lyx 
1.1.6 (under title for exemple):

layout->Paragraph->General->lines (below)

Is there a way to control the thickness of the line in lyx like
\setlength{\hrule ...}{3pt}
