I have a custom bib style ("asa" used for many statistical journals) and
I'm trying to get the citations so that they are ordered according to
the order in which I cite them.. I saw a thread on this list which dealt
with this but the solution seemed to be that the "unsrt" style needs to
be used.. however, unsrt doesn't format the citation the way asa does..
I looked at the asa.bst file but didn't get very far with the code...
any suggestions? Thanks, nirmal
